If you are unable to attend the meeting, we would ask that you phone, e-mail, or return your voting proxy by mail.  Many of our property owners live out of town, and in order to conduct the business of our association, it is necessary that we have a quorum.  That quorum must be 50% of our residents either in attendance or by proxy.

I (we) hereby assign my (our) votes to the current Board of Directors of the Woods POA,

 to be used at their discretion in conducting business at the meeting of July/August, 2007.
